These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quick Office website. Quick Office is a brand of Bitware Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Quick Office”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website provides information about Quick Office's offices and services, including private offices, managed offices, coworking and offices for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and lets you book an office tour or contact us. The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for information only.

2. Tour requests and enquiries

Submitting the Book Office Tour form, the contact form or a message on WhatsApp is a request for a tour or for information. A tour is confirmed only when we confirm it with you. A tour request or enquiry does not reserve any office, create a booking, or form a contract between you and Quick Office. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

Any workspace, service, price, availability, specification or timeline is subject to a separate written agreement signed by you and Bitware Technologies Pvt Ltd. If there is any conflict between that agreement and this website, the agreement prevails.

3. Locations and office availability

Quick Office offers offices in the locations shown on this website. Offices are provided by Quick Office directly or together with property owners and workspace operators who partner with us under the Quick Office brand. The specific offices, sizes and floors available change over time and are confirmed when your tour is arranged. If you choose “Other location”, we will tell you whether we can offer an office there.

4. Photographs and descriptions

Photographs, illustrations and descriptions on this website show the kind of workspace and facilities we provide. Some are representative images and may not show a specific centre, office or layout. Actual workspace, furniture, facilities and amenities may differ and will be confirmed in writing before you commit.

5. Your responsibilities

When you use this website, you agree:

• to provide accurate, current and complete information in any form you submit, and to submit information only about yourself or with the authority of the person or business you represent;
• not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights;
• not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or to interfere with its operation (including by introducing viruses, automated submissions, scraping or excessive requests); and

The Quick Office name, logo, website design, text and other content (excluding third-party materials) are owned by or licensed to Bitware Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference in connection with an enquiry. Any other use requires our prior written permission. Third-party photographs and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
